Description of Service

HealthRecord is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Record and track blood glucose levels
• Monitor blood pressure readings
• View health analytics and trends
• Set medication reminders
• Export health data

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You may use the App without creating an account
• Optional cloud sync feature requires account creation
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Use of the App is void where prohibited

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

• You are responsible for providing accurate health information
• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice

Prohibited Uses

• These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or its content

User Content

Subscription Plans

• Data export and sharing capabilities
• Ad-free experience
• Priority access to new features

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
• All subscription fees are processed through Apple App Store
• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees

Free Trial

• Some subscription plans may offer a free trial period
• If you start a free trial, you will be charged after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires
• You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged
• Only one free trial per user is allowed

Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy
• We do not provide direct refunds; all refund requests must be processed through Apple App Store

Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time
• Price changes will not affect your current subscription period
• You will be notified of any price changes before your next renewal
• If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date

Subscription Status

• If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will lose access to premium features
• Your health data will remain accessible, but premium features will be disabled
• You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to premium features

Termination

Your Rights

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your account and data
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

Our Rights

• We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations
• We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice
• We may terminate your subscription if you violate these Terms

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email.
